Welcome to Broadway Dance Center Group Services
Broadway Dance Center is pleased to welcome dance studios, schools, tour companies and other groups to our studio! From closed master classes for your dancers only, to participating in our drop-in schedule of classes, or dancing with us online from wherever you are in the world, we hope to make a Group Leader’s booking experience as seamless as possible, and the dancers' experiences unforgettable!

GROUP EXPERIENCE OPTIONS
A: DROP-IN CLASSES
Our extensive drop-in class schedule offers more than 30 classes a day in a variety of levels and disciplines. Please visit our daily class schedule to learn more. If you need assistance with our schedule, we will be happy to discuss which classes and teachers will be right for your students. Please review the Level & Experience Guide to assist you in placing your students appropriately.
In order to secure your spots in our popular classes, and discounted rate, we recommend all Groups register at least one month in advance. All Groups must register at least 48 hours in advance.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Our drop-In classes are for students ages 13 and older. There are a handful of teachers in each discipline that may choose to accommodate students between the ages of 10 and 13. If you have dancers under age 13, check out our Group Private Class option, perfect for dancers of all ages!
RATES FOR DROP-IN CLASSES
Class Rates subject to change at any time.
- Group Rate for Drop-In Classes
- $22* per class per student
- Discounted group rate, for groups of 10 or more
- Ten (10) or more dancers taking two classes each, or 20 total as a group
- One payment from Group Leader (no individual dancer payments).
- No additional tax or fees
- *Rates subject to change at any time.
PAYMENT
Group Services accepts credit/debit cards (Master Card/Visa, AmEx, Discover), and wire transfers. No cash payments or personal checks. Payment must be made one week prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
REFUNDS
All refunds for group drop-in classes are subject to a $50 administration fee. Upon approval, unused classes are good for one year and only available to be used during a returning group visit.
B: PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES
Private Group Classes are a more intimate environment where your students will receive personalized attention from a BDC faculty member. Each master class can be designed for any age and skill level. There is no age limit for Private Group Classes, making this a wonderful opportunity for your younger dancers!
We recommend booking one month in advance. Bookings made within less than two weeks notice will be subject to an express booking fee.

- Broadway "Meet-the-Artist" Class*
- Precision Dance Workshop (Jazz and Kickline, Tap optional)
- Dance Related Seminars for Students and/or Parents
- On-Camera Dance Class
*Set up a master class with accomplished Broadway performers to give your dancers the opportunity to see first hand what Broadway is about!

- $550
- Based on 90 minute class
- For a one hour class
a standard rate of $450 - For a two hour class
a standard rate of $650 - *Rates subject to change at any time.
- 16-40 DANCERS
- $35 per dancer
- Based on 90 minute class
- For a one hour class a standard rate of $28/dancer
- For a two hour class a standard rate of $45/dancer

- 41+ DANCERS
- $32 per dancer
- Based on 90 minute class
- For a one hour class a standard rate of $26/dancer
- For a two hour class a standard rate of $42/dancer
- *Rates subject to change at any time.
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full no later than two weeks before the scheduled class. Group Services accepts credit/debit cards (Master Card/Visa, AmEx, Discover), and wire transfers. No cash payments or personal checks.
REFUNDS
Your group will be reimbursed the full amount of the Private Group Class if you cancel a reservation up until 15 days prior to your arrival. If your group cancels between 1-14 days prior to your scheduled class date, you are subject to a cancellation fee per Private Group Class. Cancellation fees are based on the duration, and number of dancers per class, and are subject to change at any time.
C: BDC ONLINE EXPERIENCE
Can’t bring your dancers to NYC? Let us bring BDC's world renowned faculty to YOU, virtually! Our BDC Online Group Experiences are perfect for your dance studio, school dance program, dance ensemble, and so much more. The possibilities are endless, we can't wait to dance with you online!
Our interactive online Private Group classes are streamed live from BDC in NYC (pending availability), where our studios are equipped with technology to give you the best possible livestream Zoom class experience!
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. Bookings made within less than two weeks notice will be subject to an express booking fee.

- $375
- Based on 90 minute class
- For a one hour class a standard rate of $300

- 15-20 DANCERS
- $425
- Based on 90 minute class
- For a one hour class a standard rate of $350
- *Rates subject to change at any time.
- 20-29 DANCERS
- $475
- Based on 90 minute class
- For a one hour class a standard rate of $400
- *Rates subject to change at any time.
Looking to book a class for a group larger than 30 dancers? Contact us for rates!
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full no later than one week before the scheduled date class. After that date, we cannot make any adjustments to your booking. Group Services accepts credit/debit cards (Master Card/Visa, AmEx, Discover), no cash payments or personal checks.
REFUNDS
Your group will be reimbursed the full amount of your BDC Online Experience if you cancel a reservation at least 8 days prior to your scheduled class. If your group cancels between 1-7 days prior to your scheduled class date, you are subject to a cancellation fee of $100 per cancelled class. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
