Ben choreographed Gypsy starring Andrea McArdle in Houston, Texas, Hairspray for the All-School-Musical in Stamford, Connecticut, Guys and Dolls, Cabaret, Grease, and Urinetown for LGHS, "Fame School" NYC and a tribute to Broadway legend Ben Vereen.
Ben choreographed for the London-based Ballet Central UK tour. He directed and choreographed Chicago, Fame, and Annie for The Broadway Experience alongside producing Seussical, Thoroughly Modern Mille, and Sweet Charity. Ben served as the Assistant Choreographer to Scott Ambler on the Broadway production of Enron, & Associate Choreographer to Casey Nicholaw for the reading of Robin & The Seven Hoods.
Industrial work include companies such as Ericsson, Aveda, Macys, Victoria’s Secret, Visa, New Yorker Magazine, & American Vogue. Ben was a Theater dance faculty member at Broadway Dance Center NYC 2002 - 2007 and has guest taught at all other major NYC dance studios. Master teacher at Dancefest, CT 2003 - 2013. Ben has been invited to guest teach for various companies, schools, & studios in the UK, across Europe, Japan, and the USA.
As a former professional dancer, Ben was first seen on Broadway in Matthew Bourne's TONY award winning Swan Lake followed by Fiddler on the Roof, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Disney's The Little Mermaid, Enron & City Center Encores! staging of Follies. West End productions and European Tours to include Cats, Fosse, Matthew Bourne's Cinderella, and The Carman. Ben was part of The Most Happy Fella and Pirates of Penzance at NYCO, and Hello, Dolly! at The Papermill Playhouse. He was also a member of The Met Opera Ballet NYC, Santa Fe Opera, and the English National Ballet, London, UK. Film work includes The Carman, (Channel 4 Films) Billy Elliot, (Working Title Films) Leprechauns, (John Henderson prod.) and has appeared on TV in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade, Chitty & Mermaid commercials, Today Show, Good Morning America (US) The Royal Variety Show 1997, The South Bank Show, and Blue Peter (UK.)
