Mesher’s heels class is inspired by both commercial and theater worlds. Using her experience from performing in various styles, she blends technique with strong musicality. Focusing on power and performance, her choreography is full body and encourages her students to command the space. A proper warmup will be taught, and additional progressions may be added. Students should have an understanding of jazz technique and placement of weight in heels.
